PADC-Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的制备及其对VAc的引发聚合性能

摘要 以聚丙烯酰胺为原料合成了一种含氮、硫原子的新型氨基硫代甲酸螯合树脂(PADC),并与CuCl2溶液作用形成PADC-Cu(Ⅱ)配合物,通过红外光谱、元素分析确认了其结构,利用热失重-差热分析研究了热稳定性的变化,并研究了以水为介质的条件下PADC-Cu(Ⅱ)/Na2SO3体系引发VAc的聚合。实验结果表明,PADC的合成方法简单,功能基转化率较高,在使用温度范围内具有良好的热稳定性,PADC-Cu(Ⅱ)/Na2SO3体系可以有效地引发VAc聚合. A novel dithiocarbamic chelating resin (PADC) containing nitrogen and sulphur was synthesized trom polyacrylamide (PAAM). Its structure was characterized by means of FTIR spectrum; its thermal stability was studied by means of TG- DTA; the system PADC -Cu( Ⅱ )/Na2SO3 initiated VAc to polymerization was also investigated and conversion of PAAM was studied by element PAAM conversion. The resin had good thermal stability analysis. The resin could be easily synthesized with high in the utilization temperature range and VAc could be initiated to polymer.
