摘要 目的制备α-细辛脑静脉乳剂并进行质量评价。方法以大豆油为油相,注射用大豆磷脂与泊洛沙姆188为乳化剂,制备α-细辛脑初乳,再采用高压均质机匀化初乳,制成α-细辛脑静脉乳剂。结果所制乳剂的平均粒径为293.2 nm,Zeta电位为-25.6 mV;25℃下避光放置360 d,其粒径分布、Zeta电位、pH、含量及外观性状等指标均未见明显变化。结论研制的α-细辛脑静脉乳剂理化性质稳定。 OBJECTIVE To prepare and evaluate the intravenous alpha - asarone emulsion. METHODS Soybean oil and fabaceous lecithin mixing with poloxamer188 were taken as oil phase and emulsifier,respectively. The alpha -asarone primary emulsion was first prepared, and following homogenization was carried out using a high pressure homogenizer. RESULTS The average diameter of self- made alpha - asarone emulsion was 293.2 nm with a Zeta potential of - 25.6 mV. There were no changes in the diameter, Zeta potential,pH value, content and appearance of the alphaasarone emulsion when stored at 25℃ away from light for one year. CONCLUSION The physicochemical properties of the prepared intravenous alpha - asarone emulsion are stable, which lays a foundation for further development of the intravenous alpha - asarone emulsion.
