摘要
目的制备性质稳定的兰索拉唑肠溶片。方法用单因素试验设计筛选处方和工艺。结果所制兰索拉唑肠溶片与市售片比较,对湿热、光线有更好的稳定性和更优良的外观。结论改进后的处方和工艺能明显提高成品质量。
OBJECTIVE To design a more stable formulation of Lansoprazole enteric - tablets. METHODS The prescription and process of Lansoprazole enteric - tablets were screened using single factor design. RESULTS More stable Lansoprazole enteric - tablets was obtained by the innovation of prescription and process. The stability was better than that of the marketed product against humid- ity, thermal and light. CONCLUSION The quality of innovated Lansoprozle enteric - tablets can be markedly improved.
