摘要
目的实现医院病案首页质量管理的自动化、体系化、制度化,提高医院病案首页质量,为医院管理提供准确、及时、有效的决策依据。方法依托医院信息系统,建立相关制度,开发相关软件,实现病案首页质量管理。结果提高了医院病案首页质量,为医院管理提供了大量有效、准确的数据。结论网络环境下可以通过制度与软件相结合的方法,提高病案首页质量。
Objective To achieve the automization, systemization and institutionalization in quality management of hospital＇s medical record. To improve the quality of the front page of medical record. It offers the exact, efficient and effective information for management decision making of hospital. Methods Depending on the information system of the hospital, setting up the correlative institution and developing the correlative software, to achieve the quality management of the front page of medical record. Results The quality of the front page of medical record has been improved. It has offered a mass of effective and corrective data for the hospital management. Conclusion In the case of the network environment, the method combing system and software will improve the quality of the front page of medical record.
