摘要
为了完成系统设计对公共服务事业知识存储表示的要求,需要有合适的知识表示方法来表示不同类型的知识.基于扩展模糊逻辑的知识表示方法,能够实现对复杂的、模糊的管理决策知识进行表示.该方法将模糊逻辑的隶属度值域从[0,1]扩展为扩展模糊逻辑的[-1,1],使用0值来表示Zadeh模糊逻辑不能表达'不知道'的逻辑和不完全的知识.基于扩展模糊逻辑的知识表示方法不仅从理论上扩展了模糊逻辑,在实践上也为公共服务事业知识管理增加了新的方法.
Appropriate ways of knowledge representation are needed to represent different types of knowledge. This representation must satisfy the requirements of storage system design, and a knowledge representation method based on chaotic fuzzy logic can effectively represent the complex and blurry knowledge of management decisions. This method expands the region of membership in fuzzy logic from [0,1] to [-1,1] by including chaotic fuzzy logic, as the zero cannot represent "unknown" logic and incomplete knowledge in Zadeh's fuzzy logic. The knowledge representation method based on chaotic fuzzy logic not only expands fuzzy logic theory, it also provides a practical new method for the management of knowledge in public utilities.
