摘要
目的:减少留置气囊导尿管病人尿道外口细菌生长,预防尿路感染。方法:将60例留置气囊导尿管病人随机分成实验组30例,对照组30例。实验组的病人在给予气囊导尿管后用胶布固定,而对照组在插入尿管后不固定。结果:实验组30例病人中,2例尿道外口有细菌生长;对照组30例病人中,10例尿道外口有细菌生长。结论:对留置气囊导尿管后给与胶布外固定,可有效减少尿道外口细菌生长,预防尿路感染。
Objective： To reduce the growth of bacterium on the external urethral orifice and prevent urinary tract infection in cases with aerocyst - urethral catheter. Method ：These 60 cases were divided into two groups as random,the 30 cases with aerocyst - urethral catheter fixed by adhesive tape were experiment group , the other 30 cases were not fixed. Result： The growth of bacterium on the external urethral orifice were found in 2 cases among experiment group,but 10 cases among control group. Conclusion： The aerocyst - urethral catheter fixed by adhesive tape can reduce the growth of bacterium on the external urethral orifice and prevent urinary tract infection.
