摘要
B细胞激活因子（B—cell activating factor，BAFF）是近年发现的肿瘤坏死因（TNF）超家族的新成员，通过与其特异性受体结合影响B、T淋巴细胞的增殖和功能而广泛参与免疫调节。研究发现BAFF的异常与多种自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤的发生、发展有关。干燥综合征存在明显的B细胞功能亢进也与BAFF异常有关。现对BAFF及其受体的分子结构、生物学活性、功能以及与干燥综合征的关系综述如下。
