摘要
槽轮机构是各种机械设备中常见且重要的一种传动机构。通过对槽轮机构传动误差规律进行分析,找出了影响从动件槽轮转动角度误差的因素,得出了随着槽轮槽数的减小,机构各尺寸误差及间隙对槽轮机构从动件运动误差影响变大的结论。在某些机器设备传动系统的设计中,可充分考虑槽轮机构传动误差给整机传动精度带来的影响。
Geneva mechanism is a kind of comman and important transmission mechanism. Through analysising transmission error rule of geneva mechanism, the article found out the influence factors on driven Geneva rotary angle error, and conduded that the dimensions errors of mechanism and clearance influence on the Geneva mechanism driven movement errors are getting increase along with the decrease of the Geneva chute numbers. In the design of transmission system of certain machines equipment. It is supposed to give full consideration the accuracy of equipment set transmission influenced by the error of Geneva mechanism driven movement.
