摘要
讨论了属性值为区间值的一类不确定性多属性决策问题.将属性值转化为决策者的满意值后,结合决策者的满意值和属性自身的权重,指出现行简单加权平均以及有序加权平均方法存在的缺陷,提出了一种新的基于随机变量和统计特征的新方法.通过实例证明了该方法的有效性.
The uncertain multi-attrlbute decision making problem in which the attribute values are interval numbers is addressed in the paper. By transforming the attribute value into the satisfied degree of decision makers, a new aggregation operator different from SWA or OWA operators is developed by combining the satisfied value of decision makers with the weight of attribute. Furthermore, by introducing the characteristics of the sum of random variables-the expect and deviation, an new algorithm for the ranking of alternatives is proposed, from which a new method for decision makers to make a correct decision in developed. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate its effectiveness.
