The article discusses how to inherit Chinese traditional costume culture from three aspects： ＂making best use of advantages while bypassing disadvantages and highlighting harmony and coordination＂; ＂introducing advanced western culture and technology＂; and ＂sticking to the principle of＇ let a hundred flowers blossom together＇, which means to give equal chance to different arts and ideas and let different elements coexist＂.
