摘要
以干红辣椒为原料制备辣椒素,分别研究了浸取溶剂、辣椒皮粉细度、固液比、浸取时间和虹吸次数等工艺参数的影响,在此基础上确定了索氏浸取法制取辣椒素的最佳工艺条件。
Using dried chilli as raw materials to extract capsaicin, many factors such as extractant,granularity of peel in chilli ,solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times should be studied in detail,and according to the experimental data, the optimum parameters of extraction were determined in this paper.
