摘要 目的探讨富钒决明子芽中钒含量的测定方法。方法应用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定富钒决明子芽中钒含量。结果该测定方法的精确度、准确度和回收率完全符合实验要求,测定结果准确可靠。结论本实验筛选出了测定决明子中钒含量的方法和条件,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法适合测定富钒决明子芽中钒含量。 Objective To explore the determination method of Vanadium content in cassia seed. Methods Vanadium content in cassia seed was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results The fidelity, accuracy, and recovery rate of the determination method all corresponded to the experimental standard. The determination results were accurate and reliable. Conclusion An appropriate extraction method and digestion condition are screened out. The content of Vanadium in V semen cassiae can be measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption speetrophotometer.
