摘要
土壤微生物与土壤健康及土壤抑病性紧密相关,土壤抑病性是土壤健康的重要特征。从土壤微生物数量、生物量、多样性及活性四个方面对土壤微生物与土壤抑病性形成关系进行了概述。土壤微生物数量对土壤抑病性的影响与土壤的性质及病原菌的种类有关,土壤微生物的生物量与土壤抑病性呈正相关关系,土壤微生物的种群多样性有助于提高土壤抑病性,土壤微生物的活性越强,土壤抑病性越强。新疆是全国最大的产棉基地,棉田长期连作,对新疆连作棉田抑病性形成机理进行研究具有重要意义。
Soil microbes are closely related to soil health and soil disease suppression. This paper aims to introduce the relationship between soil disease suppression and soil microbes including microbial mumber, biomass, diversity, activity. The effect of soil microbial number impacting on soil suppression is related to soil property and types of plant pathogens. There was a positive correlation between soil microbial biomass and soil suppression. The diversity and the activity of soil microbe helped to enhance soil suppression. Xinjiang is the largest base of cotton production in China. It is very important to study the suppression formation mechanism cotton soil of continuous cropping in Xinjiang.
