摘要
有限元分析表明深穴结构轴承可以避免或降低圆柱滚子轴承的边界应力集中,为了用材料接触疲劳实验机进行实验验证,必须合理地设计试件结构与尺寸.根据实验机的工作原理以及相关的力学理论,合理建立了深穴结构轴承实验的有限元模型.通过对有限元模型的分析,优化了试件的结构与尺寸,从而合理地确定了实验方案,为实验的顺利进行奠定了理论基础.
Finite element analysis indicates that deep-hollow roller can eliminate or decrease the sharp edge stresses effect of cylindrical roller bearing. In order to prove this effect by experiment through using materials contact fatigue machine, the construction and dimension of the part should be designed properly. Finite element model is properly set up according to the principle of the machine and the interrelated mechanics theory. The construction and dimension of the part is optimized by the finite element analysis, reasonable experiment method is con- firmed, which prepared well for the experiment.
