摘要
13号车钩在运用过程中经常出现钩体裂纹、钩尾框裂纹和钩舌折断等故障,严重影响列车的正常运行.利用I-DEAS软件对车钩的装配体进行有限元分析,车钩各零件的相互作用通过定义接触来传递.给出了车钩在拉伸工况下的应力状态,应力较大部位与运用中故障多发部位相吻合,为车钩结构设计、改进和检修提供参考依据.
No. 13 couplers often occur failures such as coupler body and yoke cracks, coupler knuckle fracture etc. during operation. These seriously affect normal operation of the railway vehicles. The coupler assembly with finite element analysis software I-DEAS is analysed consid- ering the interactions between the components of coupler by defining contact. The stress state of coupler under tension load is given, and the results provide reference basis for coupler structure design, improvement and repair.
