摘要
加入WTO后,中国的对外贸易进一步促进了经济的增长,在肯定贸易对经济促进作用的同时,也发现中国在按照比较优势理论参与国际分工和国际贸易过程中存在的诸多问题。中国目前的对外贸易政策不利于经济和贸易的长期可持续发展,有必要调整建立在比较优势理论上的对外贸易政策,这种调整不是对比较优势理论的完全抛弃,而是要坚持比较优势理论对中国对外贸易的指导,在此基础上进行政策调整和培育长期的竞争优势。
Since joining the WTO, China＇s foreign trade has further promoted the economical growth. However, at the same time, many problems have also emerged during the process of China participating in international division and international trade according to the theory of comparative advantage, which gives rise to such a doubt whether China will be in a ＂comparative advantage trap＂ and some reconsideration and debates on the foreign trade policies based on the theory of comparative advantage. Thus the issue we have to face nowadays is how to re- gard the former theory and policies. The writer of this thesis reveals that China＇ s current foreign tlade policy is not conducive to its sustainable development in economy and trade, so it is inevitable to change the foreign trade policy based on the comparative advantage theory. Of course, it does not mean a complete abandoning of the theory. We still need to adhere to the guide of the theory of comparative advantage, but meanwhile we should adjust it and cultivate the longterm competitive advantage.
