摘要
目的:建立强力防感合剂质量控削方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对强力防感合剂中黄芪甲苷和芍药苷进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)为固定相。以乙腈-水(13:87,v/v),流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:230min,对强力防感合剂中芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强。芍药苷检测量在0.16—0.8μg与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.23%,RSD=1.58%(n=6),芍药苷含量以不少于200μg/mL为质控标准。结论:该方法准确、简便、易行,可用于强力防感合剂质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality control method for Qiangli Fanggan mixture. Me,otis: TLC was used in qualitative discrimination of astragaloside and paeoniflorin. The paeoniflorin assaying was conducted with the external standard method with a column of C18 (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (13:87, v/v) and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at the wavelength of 230 nm. Results: TLC had a strong specificity, and a stable praeparatum character. The peak area of paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.16 - 0.8 μg ( r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 100.23%, RSD = 1.58% ( n = 6). The standard of qualified Qiangli Fanggan mixture was no less than 200 μg/mL of praeparatum. Conclusions: The method is simple, accurate and suitable, and can be used as the quality control for Qiangli Fanggan mixture.
