摘要
针对递纸机构在高速运转下的运动稳定性问题,根据某高速定心下摆式递纸机构图纸上凸轮轮廓的检测数据,完成了共轭凸轮机构从动件运动规律的反求分析,根据分析结果得出正向设计共轭凸轮机构从动件运动规律的工艺要求,应用五次多项式模拟递纸牙运动规律,设计出了满足递纸机构工艺条件的驱动凸轮轮廓线。
A data reverse design method and the reverse design process downswing gripper mechanism around fixed center are introduced. The technology demand for the motion law of driven member of conjugate cam mechanism is met by analyzing the reverse design results. The motion stability of paper-feeding mechanism running with a high speed can be researched by this method. The driving cam outline that accord with the technology demand of gripper mechanism can be designed by simulating the motion law of gripper lever by using a five-order multinomial.
