季铵盐类相转移催化法合成苯甲酸苄酯 被引量:2

Synthesis of Benzyl Benzoate Catalyzed by Quaternary Ammonium Salt as Phase Transfer Catalyst

摘要 研究了由苯甲酸钠和氯化苄通过相转移催化法合成苯甲酸苄酯的亲核取代反应,考察了几种季铵盐类相转移催化剂的亲核取代反应催化活性。筛选出合成苯甲酸苄酯反应催化活性较好的一种季铵盐类相转移催化剂四丁基碘化铵((C4H9)1NI),在n(苯甲酸钠)/n(氯化苄)为1.0:1.3,反应温度110℃,反应时间2.5~3.0h,n(催化剂)/n(苯甲酸钠)为0.06,体系pH值为5~6时,苯甲酸苄酯的收率可达90%以上。 The nucleophilic substitution reaction of producing benzyl benzoate by sodium benzoate and benzyl chloride in phase transfer catalysis process was studied. The catalytic performances of several quaternary ammonium salts as the phase- transfer catalyst were examined, and found that phase transfer catalyst((C4H9)1 NI) was the preferred one, the yield of benzyl benzoate would be up to more than 90% under the conditions as follows: n(sodium benzoate) /n(benzyl chloride)= 1.0 : 1.3, temperature of 110 ℃, reaction time of 2.5-3.0 h, mole ratio of catalyst and sodium benzoate 0.06 and pH value between 5 and 6.
