摘要
七水硫酸亚铁(FeSO4.7H2O)是钛白粉生产过程中的副产品,产量巨大,其综合利用是个值得关注的问题。对七水硫酸亚铁的热分解动力学分析,可以为生产一水硫酸亚铁、氧化铁红等产品提供重要基础数据。通过HCT-1型微机差热天平测定七水硫酸亚铁样品热分解过程热重(TG)、差热(DTA)等数据,确定了其热分解过程机理;以不同模型模拟计算的转化率α的标准差为依据,对45个机理函数进行了优选,得出第一步、第二步热分解失水过程分别为一维扩散模型和三维扩散球对称模型,并计算出了热分解过程的动力参数和标准差。
A large amount of byproduct ferrous sulfate heptahydrate (FeSO4· 7H2O) is produced in the production of white titanium pigment (TiO2), and its comprehensive utilization is very important. The kinetic study on the thermal decomposition of above heptahydrate can provide fundamental and important imformation for the production of ferrous sulfate monohydrate, iron-oxide, etc. The thermo gravimetry (TG) and the differential thermal analysis (DTA) during the thermal decomposition has been carried out to determinate the mechanism and kinetic model. According to the(add space)standard deviations of conversion rate of different models, it is concluded that the one dimension diffuse model and three dimension spherical symmetry model were more fit for the first and second steps of water loss respectively, and the corresponding model parameters have been attained, and the result shows that the above models match the experimental data very well.
