4个大叶醉鱼草育种品系引种适应性的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验对从北京引入昆明的4个大叶醉鱼草育种品系YB-01、YB-02、YB-03、YB-04进行引种适应性初步观测,结果表明:夏季新梢伸长生长速率、花期、花序大小、一级分枝数和分枝级数5个性状,在品系内的株间差异不大,选择策略可为品系的集团选择,品系间的差异表现为:夏季新梢伸长生长速率上YB-04、YB-01较大,成冠性较快,而YB-02、YB-03较慢;YB-02和YB-03花序较大,而YB-01和YB-04较小;4个品系的一级分枝数在4个品系间的差异不大,平均分枝数为2~3枝;分枝级数上,品系YB-01分枝级数较多,平均为4级,枝梢较密,其他3个品系较接近为3级,枝梢较疏;品系内的株间差异大的性状是冠高和冠幅,表明同一品系的植株引入后在冠高和冠幅两个性状的适应性上存在较大的个体差异,需要进行株选,进一步观测;4个品系的花色各异,YB-01,YB-02,YB-03和YB-04分别为紫色、粉色、白色和兰色,花期均集中在夏季,花期长较接近,均较长,为143~149d,且开花时间错开重叠,能够弥补夏季树木开花稀缺的不足,在园林绿化树种的选用上有较好的价值。 This experiment was made to test the introduction adaptability of 4 lines of Buddleja davidiii (YB-01, YB-02, YB -03, and YB-04) ,which were introduced from Beijing to Kunming. The results showed that there were 5 traits (the growth rate of new shoots in summer, bloom periods, sizes of the inflorescence, the branching number on the trunk and the general number of branching grade )having no obvious differences among plants in every line. These 5 traits should be chosen in the group selection way. The differences among the 4 lines could be shown as follows: YB-04 and YB-01 conducts a higher growing rate of the elongation of new shoots in summer, which indicated that the 2 lines formed the crown fast, and YB-02 and YB-03 slowly. The inflorescence of YB-02 and YB-03 were bigger and YB-01and YB-04 smaller. There was less difference on the branching number of the trunk among these 4 lines. The average branching number of the trunk was 2~3. For the general number of branching grade, the number of YB-01 was 4, which was the most, while the number of the other ones was 3. There were obvious differences among the plants of the same line on the 2 traits of the height and width of the crown of the plant. This indicated that the individual differences among plants on the adaptability of the 2 traits (the height and width of the crown of the plant) were big. This needed the selection of the plants and further observation to do. These 4 lines had the different colors of inflorescence. YB-01, YB-O2, YB-O3 or YB-04 had the purple, pink, white, blue inflorescence, respectively. The most days of blooming period appeared in summer. The 4 lines had the equal long blooming period, nearly, which were about 143~149 days long. This could avoid the lack of the tree with flowers in summer, effeclively. The 4 lines should have good value on the selection of plants for landscaping job.
