一种新型抗菌防霉剂在鞋衬里革涂层上的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过鞋衬里革的抗菌防霉处理,对于控制鞋内微生物的生长繁殖,减少脚部疾病的发生具有重要意义。本文将一种新型抗菌防霉剂——4-(2-苯并噻唑基亚氨甲基)苯氧乙酸铜(简称CCBMP)添加到涂饰光亮剂中,对鞋衬里革进行涂饰,以从鞋内分离出来的霉菌、细菌和酵母菌为供试菌种,采用抑菌圈法、奎因法和抑菌率法评价鞋衬里革的抑菌效果。结果表明,当CCBMP在鞋衬里革表面的含量为0.66g/m2时,鞋衬里革圆片对所有细菌都能形成抑菌圈,在奎因法测试中,能使皮革表面在15d的培养时间内没有霉菌生长,对混合细菌、混合酵母菌和混合霉菌的抑制率分别为99.91%、98.31%和99.99%。 Antimicrobial treatment of shoe lining leather is helpful for the decrease of microorganism in shoes and foot diseases. In this study, a novel antimicrobial compound - copper( П) complex of 4-[-(2-benzothiazolylimino) methyl-] phenoxyacetic acid (CCBMP) was applied to shoe lining leather by adding it to the luster agent, and the inhibitory effects of the treated leather against moulds, yeasts and bacteria isolated from leather shoes were evaluated by the inhibition zone method, the Quine's method and the inhibition ratio method. Results show that, when the content of CCBMP in the surface of shoe lining leather is 0. 66 g/m^2, clear inhibition zones can be gained for all the bacteria, and there is no fungal growth on the surface of leather during the course of 15 days incubation in the Quine's method. In the inhibition ratio method, the shoe lining leather can achieve 99.91% inhibition ratio for mixed bacteria, 98. 31% for mixed moulds and 99. 99% for mixed yeasts, respectively.
