摘要
结合陇南某水电站的实际情况,设计了同步发电机励磁电源实时运行状态监控系统。该系统以PIC16F877单片机为核心构成实时状态监控单元,以监测励磁电压和励磁电流,并通过RS-485串行通信的方式将监测信息传给上位机,同时上位机可以发送控制命令到单片机,通过改变整流电路的触发角以达到调节励磁电压的目的。这套系统目前已经在陇南某水电站投入运行,实践表明该系统运行稳定可靠,具有调节精度高和响应速度快的特点。
A real-time operating state monitoring and control system was designed, combined with the real conditions of the water and electricity power station in Longnan. This system is constructed with single-chip PIC16F877 as its core.The monitoring informations such as excitation voltage and excitation current are uploaded to master computer via RS - 485 serial communication bus. The master computer can also send control informations to single-chip, in order to change the trigger angle, then to control the excitation voltage. This system has been used in the water and electricity power station in Longnan. The operating results show that it has good stability, high control accuracy and fast response speed.
