摘要
新建本科院校集中财力、物力,对特色优势学科进行重点建设,意义重大。为确保新建本科高校重点学科队伍建设、基地建设、科学研究、学位点建设等基本建设的顺利进行,必须采取准确的学科建设定位、建立合理有效的考评体系、制定科学的学科管理机制等有效措施。
It is of great importance for the new universities to concentrate their material resources and money on the construction of their special and outstanding subjects.To ensure the smooth construction of the key subject faculty, the teaching and practising base,the scientific research,and so on, new uinversities must take some effective measures ：exact positioning of subject construction, establishing reasonable and effective appraisal system and constituting the scientific subject management mechanism,etc.
