摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TVP)常见并发症发生原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析我院896例TVP患者中60例并发症的发生原因及治疗经过。结果并发症发生率6.7%,其中继发出血16例,经尿道电切综合征(TURS)2例,尿失禁23例,排尿困难19例。结论TVP是治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)较理想的方法,严格选择病人,提高术者技术水平是防止并发症的有效措施。
Objective： To explore the cause and prevention of the common complications for transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate（TVP）.Methods： 60 cases with complications of 869 cases who had undergone TVP were reviewed.Results： The incidence of complications was 6.7%,and there were 16 cases with postemorrhage,23 cases with urodepsia,19 cases with dysuresia,16 cases with transurethral resection syndrome（TURS）.Conclusion： TVP is ideal for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Careful selection of suitable patients and improvement of the skills are effective measures to reduce compliations.
