摘要
利用超声波焊接实现汽车传感器封装,是高效率、低成本的技术。讲述了通过对材料、焊接方法的选择和焊口及工装设计与制造过程设计,来实现汽车传感器封装的方法。最后展望了超声波技术在汽车传感器生产领域的发展应用前景。
Ultrasonic welding technique to realize automobile sensor seal is a higher efficiency and lower cost technology. Through material choice and welding method selection , by working equipment design and manufacture process design, this article explains the method to actualize automobile sensor sealed. Finally it forecasts the development application prospect of ultrasonic wave technology in automobile sensor production realm.
