摘要
通过设计的实验方法,测定了气体通过一定束缚水饱和度下的多孔介质中的真实启动压力梯度值,并测定了一系列压力梯度下对应的流量。借助于视渗透率和真实启动压力梯度,来描述气体通过多孔介质时的综合阻力系数,结合雷诺数和综合阻力系数的半对数图的渗流曲线形态和渗流机理,把渗流过程划分为3个渗流阶段,即线性渗流区、过渡区及低速非达西流区,由此得出气体由线性流到过渡流区的临界雷诺数值,得出气体临界雷诺数为1×10-5。为了便于工程技术人员的实际应用,绘制了便于应用于实际生产中的渗透率与临界流速的图版。
According to the designed experiments, the threshold pressure gradient for gas passing through porous medium with certain immobile water saturation is measured, and the corresponding flow velocity under different pressure gradients are also measured. With the application of apparent permeability and true threshold pressure gradient, the comprehensive resistance coefficient for gas passing through porous medium is described. Based on the filtering flow curve forms of the semi-log curve for Reynolds number and comprehensive resistance coefficient and filtering flow mechanism, the filtering flow process is divided into 3 phases, namely, linear filtering flow region, transition region and low velocity non-Darcy region. So, the critical Relaynold number for gas changing from linear flow to transitional flow can be ob- tained. In this paper, the critical Reynolds number for gas is 1× 10^-5. With the consideration of practical application for engineers and technicians, the permeability-critical flow velocity chart is plotted.
