摘要
深圳城中村成为城市住房体系中供应的主力军,但产权问题导致城中村出现违法低效供应的难题。本文以城市住房体系为背景,跳出纯粹以"城中村"论"城中村"的局限,寻找城中村合法高效供应的方向和使命。同时,以经济产权和法律产权为视角,以两者相互关系为演变路径,指出释放城中村产权是解决问题的关键,并对城中村更新改造提出相关建议。
In Shenzhen the urban village has become the main supplier in the urban housing system, but the problem is that the supply is usually illegal or low effective which is resulted from the complicated property ownership. This paper, from the economic and lawful aspects of the property right, argues that the reform of the property right is the key to the problem and provides suggestions on the reconstruction of the urban villages.
