摘要
教师管理柔性化是针对长期以来刚性管理所造成的问题而提出来的,是教育民主化的要求,其目的就是要唤醒教师的主体意识,推动教师专业化发展,实现教育的本真意义。本文对教师管理柔性化的实施必要性、特点及实践策略进行了探讨,以期丰富教师管理理论。
That the flexibility of teacher management raised is aimed at the problem that stiffness administration brings about specifically for a long time, is the request of educating democratization, whose purpose is to rouse the mental consciousness of tea- chers, drive the development of teacher professionalization, realize the true significance of education. The article studies the necessity, characteristic and carry out tactics of the flexibility of teacher management, in order to rich the teachers management theory.
