摘要 对比研究了不经热处理和经热处理的Ni-P化学镀层对抽油杆用20CrMo钢的腐蚀疲劳强度的影响。结果表明,不经热处理的Ni-P化学镀层明显提高了钢基体的腐蚀疲劳强度,但却降低了基体的疲劳强度。经热处理后,腐蚀疲劳强度有所下降。Ni-P化学镀层中的磷含量的电子探针测量和镀层的X射线衍射分析结果表明,Ni-P化学镀层为非晶态结构。此外,还用扫描电镜观察分析了疲劳断口。 This article deals with the effect of Ni P electroless plating on corrosive fatlgue strength of rod line used 20CrMo steel when heat treated or not. The results indicate that Ni P electroless plating when not heat treated can obviously increase substrates corrosive fatigue strength, but reduce its fatigue strength. When heat treated, it lowers substrates corrosive fatigue strength. Through the determination of phosphorous content in Ni P electroless plating by electron probe and X ray diffraction analyses of its microstruecture it is shown that Ni P electroless plating exhibites an amorphous state structure. Furthermore the fatigue fracture appearance is also observed by using SEM.
