摘要
以三氟化硼乙醚为催化剂,丙氧基化改性的麦草碱木质素与环氧氯丙烷反应合成木质素基环氧树脂。经单因素实验确定了醚化和环化温度分别为60℃和30℃。通过五因素四水平的正交实验确定了最优反应条件,最优反应条件下所得产物的环氧值达0.44。
Hydroxyalkyal lignin was epoxidized by epichlorohydrin catalyzed via boron trifluoride etherate to form lignin-based epoxy resin. The etherification and cyclization temperature was ascertained 60℃ and 30℃ by single factor experiment. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by means of five factors and four levels orthogonal experiment. Under the optimum conditions the epoxy value of lignin-based epoxy resin can get 0.44.
