摘要
对蓖麻秆的化学成分进行分析。结果表明,蓖麻秆中各组分的质量分数为:综纤维素75.48%,木质素18.68%,灰分2.4%。蓖麻秆傅立叶红外光谱分析表明,蓖麻秆结构中含CH3、CH2、OH及C=O等官能团,经纤维分离后,羟基缔合程度有所降低,游离羟基数目有所增加;蓖麻纤维形态研究表明,蓖麻纤维的长度分布范围为0.95~1.38mm,宽度范围为21.80~30.11μm,长宽比范围为40~45,平均腔径为21.83μm,平均壁腔比范围为0.13~0.22,属于较好的纤维原料。
Chemical component of castor and cell morphology of castor fiber were investigated in this paper. The results showed total content of cellulose, lignin and ash were 75.48%, 18.68% and 2.4% respectively. The main chemical group of castor included hydroxyl group, methyl group, methylene group and carbonyl group by Fourier Transmitting Infrared spectrum (FTIR). The content of hydroxyl group of castor fiber was increased when compared to castor raw material. The range of fiber was 0.95~ 1.38 nun in length, 21.80~30.11 μm in width, and 40-45 in aspect ratio. The average in-diameter of fiber cell was 21.83μm, and the ratio of thickness of cell-wall to in-diameter of fiber cell was less than 1.
