摘要 系统地考察影响压粘轴—毂联接机械性能的各个因素,用经验法确定它们,然后处理成相对强度数据,即可据以计算这种联接。作者们专门研究了在变扭矩及旋转弯曲下受到静扭矩和变扭矩复合作用时的性能,从而将不同粘合剂和毂外径的影响纳入分析模型中。因此,压粘轴—毂联接的这种设计计算法也可用于缺少或没有实验依据的应用场合。其适用的轴直径范围为20至1000mm。 Shrink bonded shaft hub joints can be calculated by systematising influence parameters on their mechanical behaviour, empirically determined these and subsequently processing them as relative strength values. This calculation method accounts for combined dynamic loads and is therefore extremely useful in industrial applications. By using different adhesives and varying the outer hub diameter the behaviour of these joints, particularly under dynamic torsion, was further investigated and the results integrated into the analytical calculation model. Combined shrinking and adhesive bonding is recommended for joints with shaft diameters of 20 mm to more than 1000 mm.
