摘要
以5个具有抗虫基因的棉花品种(系)与6个非抗虫棉品种(系)为材料,按NCⅡ方法配制杂交组合,对30个组合的F1代主要产量性状进行分析。结果表明,杂种F1具有较强的杂种优势,其籽棉产量和皮棉产量的平均中亲优势分别达到96.17%和94.78%,籽棉产量和单铃重具有最大的竞争优势,分别为46.45%和29.67%;配合力效应分析表明,母本中的HN36,96-48和父本中的单4的综合性状较好,为较理想的亲本,有7个组合具有较高的特殊配合力效应。
Crosses were made by NCII design, using five insect- resistant cotton cultivars (or lines)as female parents and six traditional cotton cultivars (or lines )as male parents, to analyze the main yield characters of 30 FI hybrid combinations. The results showed that the heterosis of FI hybrid was higher, the average mid - parent heterosis of Seed cotton yield and lint cotton yield were 96.17% and 94.78%, seed cotton yield and boll weight had the highest competitive heterosis,and the numeric were 46.45% and 29.67%. The results of combining ability analysis showed that the HN36,96- 48 of female and Dan 4 of male had better comprehensive characters, so they were the perfect parents, and seven combinations had higher special combining ability effect.
