摘要
在分析知识型员工绩效考核存在问题的基础上,提出对知识型员工进行绩效考核应遵循的原则,并总结了考核时应注意的问题。
Based on analyzing the problems existing in the performance assessment of knowledge workers, this paper advances some principles that should be followed in the performance assessment of knowledge workers, and sums up some problems needing attention in the assessment.
