摘要
介绍了数控原木尺寸形状识别系统的总体设计方案,提出数控原木尺寸形状识别设备采用8点检测、4点组合回归描述的方法,运用自动检测技术及计算机模拟技术,对在原木输送机上运行的原木进行快速在线测量。并利用PCI-1711数据采集卡对角度传感器的输出电压信号进行实时采集,实现了原木的计算机模拟三维再现。
The design idea of the numerical control equipment and technology of inspecting the log's shape has been presented in this paper. And the theory of the eight point's inspection and the four points compounding simulation was presented. So the system can quickly measure and get the log's external shape parameter accurately on-line with the automatic inspecting technique and computer stimulating technique. This study also introduced how to collect the voltage signal real-timely that angular transducer outputs with the use of PCI-1711 data acquisition card,and then the three-dimensional geometric data used computer imitate reappearance for log surface shape has been obtained.
