摘要
企业战略分析范式正在向集成方向发展。为了更好地理解动态竞争战略的特征及其形成过程,提出了在动态环境下综合考虑企业内部资源、能力因素和外部环境因素的企业集成战略分析模型,详细说明了管理人员利用此模型进行战略分析的具体流程,以利于他们在新的竞争环境下充分利用企业自身资源与能力创造并保持持续竞争优势。
The strategic analysis paradigm for an enterprise is transforming to an integrative paradigm from Porter's competitive strategy perspective and resource-based theory. To attaining a better understanding of the characteristics and formulation process of dynamic competitive strategy, this study proposes a new analytical model of integrative strategy for enterprises in a dynamic environment which integrative considering internal resources and capabilities, and external environment of these enterprises, and explains to managers the processes to analyze strategies with this model in detail. The analytical model developed in this study can be used to help managers formulate an efficient strategy to create and sustain competitive advantages in a new competitive environment.
