摘要
六味地黄汤能够显著降低氨基甲酸乙酯所致小鼠肺腺瘤的诱发率，且这种抑制作用在甲状腺素“阴虚”小鼠中表现得更为明显。诱发肺腺瘤小鼠的肺组织中，肿瘤抑制基因Ｐ５３ｍＲＮＡ表达比正常肺组织明显下降，给予六味地黄汤后，Ｐ５３基因表达明显回升；在甲状腺素“阴虚”小鼠中，六味地黄汤也具有同样作用。
Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(LWDH)was found to decrease the incidences of lung adenoma induced by urethan in mice The effect of LWDH appeared more significant in the mice with Yin deficiency induced by thyroxine(T 3).As compared with healthy mice as a control,the expression of tumor suppressor gene P53 mRNA in the lungs with adenomas was onticeably reduced,which could be reversed by treatment of LWDH The same effect of LWDH had been found in Yin deficiency mice.
