摘要 从原理上对屏蔽、改变布局、利用PCB线圈和立体线圈等磁场耦合的抑制方法进行了分析,给出了设计原则,并通过实验验证了其有效性。在消除磁场耦合的基础上,通过理论分析,进一步利用多个线圈之间的磁耦合,抵消电容器的ESL。实验证明,该方法大大提高了电容器的高频特性。 In this paper,four methods for suppressing magnetic coupling are introduced and design procedures are given.Based on magnetic coupling suppression,the multiple windings method is proposed to reduce ESL of capacitor.The experiments verified that this method will improve the high frequency characteristic of capacitor greatly.
