摘要
废弃钻井液的固化处理是当前最常用的处理方法之一,通过对吐哈油田某井废弃钻井液的固化处理,筛选出用于固化处理的最佳固化剂配方:4%XN-1+13%YH-3+1%XF-2+ 2%CN-1。考察了固化剂用量对固化体强度及浸出液有害物质的影响。结果表明,当固化剂用量20%时,固化体经水中浸泡5 d后,抗压强度仍达1.26 MPa,其浸出液的COD、悬浮物、重金属含量、色度、含油量等均达到CB8978—1996的二级排放标准。
Solidification of abandoned drilling fluids was one of the treatment methods often used at present. The optimum formula comprising 4 % XN- 1,13 % YH- 3,1% XF- 2, and 2 % CN- 1 was selected by treating abandoned drilling fluids from the oil wells of Tuha Oilfield. The effects of hardener dosage on the strength of solidified substance and water quality of leached out fluid were examined. The result showed that the solidified substance had compressive strength of 1.26 MPa after submerged in water for five days at the dosage of hardener 20 %. The water quality of leached out fluid such as COD, suspending substances, content of heavy metal, chroma and oil content could meet the national standard(GB8978- 1996).
