摘要
A series of 1-(p-toluenesulfonyl)-2-phenoxy-3-alkyl-4-phenyl-1,4-diazaphospholidin-5-one-2-oxides(2) have been synthesized by the Mannich-type reaction of 1-phenyl-3(p-toluenesulfonyl) urea (1), aliphatic aldehydes and triphenyl phosphite in acetic acid, and their structures were determined by elementary analysis, NMR and MS .The mechanism of the acid-catalyzed reaction was discussed.The results of preliminary vioassay show that compounds (2) possess herbicidal activity against rape.
