摘要 针对压力容器焊接制造传统工艺编制效率低的特点,在研究工艺数据和评定流程基础上,设计了以求解工艺规程为中心的WCAPP(焊接计算机辅助工艺规划)系统,提出了焊件-试件厚度映射流程图,该流程图反映了工艺专家经验知识计算机逻辑化表示并符合实际工艺厚度评定,阐述了流程图评定类型、焊接重要参数值链表及焊件-试件厚度映射关系组成结构,基于JB4708—2000标准说明焊件-试件单条规则的生成方法,详细说明了基于焊件-试件厚度规则及PQR(procedure qualification record)实例的产品工艺推导流程,以对接接头为例,依据母材及厚度信息解释了PQR(工艺评定报告)不同的匹配方法。 Aimed at low efficiency of traditional design welding procedure for pressure vessel,a system of WCAPP(welding computer aided procedure planning) is built based on procedure data and qualification flow whose center task is to get solution of procedure specification.Mapping flow diagram of weldment-test piece thickness is put forward which shows logical representation of procedure experience knowledge from experts and accords with practical procedure thickness qualification.A structure of flow diagram is described,which includes type of qualification,link list of welding important parameters and mapping relation of weldment-test piece thickness.Generation methods of weldment-test piece single rule are explained based on JB 4708-2000 standard.Reasoning flow of product procedure is explained based on rules of weldment-test piece thickness and instances of PQR(procedure qualification record).Different matching methods of PQR are showed based on information of base material and thickness according to butt joint.
