摘要
探索了适应某铜矿大型球磨机的低铬铸铁需要,研究了磨球成份,热处理工艺及组织性能,开发了一种贝氏体+马氏体组织的低铬铸铁及其强韧性处理的工艺。应用结果表明:这种磨球的吨矿石消耗量从0.80-0.90kg下降到0.60-0.65 kg,每年可减少磨球消耗140t。
In responding to large scale mill of copper mine the composition, heat treament process, structure and properties of a low-chromium cast iron ball for mill were studied. The cast iron with bainite, martensite microstructure and the procedure enhancing it's strength and toughnss were developed. The application results show that the consumption of mill balls are reduse from 0.80-0.90 kg/t to 0.6-0.65 kg/t, and therefore the annual consumption of balls can be decreased by 140 tons.
