摘要
为提高电力系统供电电压质量,提出了一种用相关法测量相位差确定同步电压检测闪变的新方法,并建立了基于相关法确定同步电压分离闪变信号的数学模型。该方法根据国际电工委员会(IEC)原理框图给出的各滤波器环节,通过双线性变换,用软件设计来代替硬件中的同步检波,得到相应的数字滤波器,减少了投资成本。对短时间闪变值Pst的统计计算方法进行了分析并设计了闪变测试系统,软件基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台。实验结果初步证明:所开发的闪变检测系统性能指标符合IEC标准规定的精度要求。
A new method for the detection of voltage flicker which uses correlation method to define synchronous detection is put forward, namely, a mathematical model is established based on the correlation method to determine synchronous voltage separation flicker signals. This method, which replaces the synchronous detection in the hardware with software design, has reduced the cost of investment, and it is based on IEC principle of block diagram, which provides every wave filter link, and gets the corresponding digital filter by means of double-linearity transformation. The statistics computing technology of analysis on short time flicker value is carried out. A voltage flicker measurement system is designed and its software is based on a Labview virtual instrument development platform. The preliminary experimental results prove the performance of the developed flicker examination system Conforms to the challenge of IEC accuracy standard.
