摘要
急慢性肝损伤痛死率高,其治疗始终是较为棘手的问题.干细胞及其"横向分化"特性的发现为各种疾病的治疗提供了一种新的手段.近年来干细胞移植作为一种治疗肝脏损伤的有效方法正得到日益广泛应用.本文旨在对干细胞移植治疗急慢性肝损伤的新进展作一综述.
The treatment of liver injury is very difficult, and the case fatality rate is high. A new approach to treatment is presented by stem cells and their characteristics of transversal differentiation. Recently, stem cell transplantation has been widely used for liver injury. This article reviews the advances in the field of stem cell transplantation.
