摘要
采用Byer-Roundy法,在-120℃~+225℃范围内对PZT94/6陶瓷热释电性进行了研究。在35℃左右出现的热释电电流峰是由FRL-FRH相变引起的。利用此相变特性,可以获得较大的热释电系数,最大可达120×10-8C/cm2·k。
Pyroelectric properties of PZT94/6 ceramics had been investigated in the temperature range from-120℃~+225℃ by Byer Roundy method. The peak on pyroelectric coefficient curve at about 35℃ was associated with F RL F RH phase transition. The magnitude of pyroelectric coefficient, P=120×10 8 C/cm 2·k, was observed in the range of phase transition between F PL and F RH phase.
