摘要
利用动态监测增容技术,对现有电网进行技术改造,是实施电网技术升级、提高现有电网输送能力的有效措施。该技术由输电线路实时输送限额管理系统来实施,系统主要由安装在导线上的多台在线导线监测装置(监测导线温度、环境温度、日照强度)、系统主站、无线通信网络和调度实时数据系统组成。通过在华东电网多条500,220 kV线路上的试运行,证明该系统满足线路的运行条件,符合调度运行要求,达到了线路增容的目的。
Dynamic monitoring technology is an effective measure for existing grid upgrade and transmission capacity increasing. It is realized through real-time transmission line rating management system, which consists of multiple conductor-mounted on-line monitoring devices (monitoring conductor temperature, environmental temperature and intensity of sunlight), main station, wireless communication network and real-time data distribution system. Trial operation results in several 500 kV and 220 kV lines of East China grid suggest that the system meets transmission line operation and distribution requirements, increasing line capacity.
