摘要
对山东省农业装备制造业的现状进行了分析,剖析了农业装备业技术创新能力薄弱的原因,分析了山东省农业装备制造业集群发展中存在的问题,并提出了促进集群要素耦合的对策。最后从农业装备技术创新体系建设、农业装备制造业集群模式选择与发展、技术创新服务支撑体系建设等方面提出相应的政策建议。
The present situation and obstructive factors of the agricultural equipment industry in Shandong Province are analyzed, and the short of indigenous innovation during its development is analyzed as well, The coupling mechanism of industrial clusters of Shandong equipment manufacture industrial clusters is discussed, and several countermeasures to promote the equipment manufacture industrial cluster coupling are brought forward. The suggestions on how to improve the innovation capacity by building technology innovation system and its service system as well as by selecting the model of indigenous innovation are put forward.
