摘要
针对辽宁省各地区的经济差距越来越大的趋势,通过采用DEA(数据包络分析法)的模型对辽宁省各城市1996-2005年间相对技术效率进行了计算,结果表明:不同地区的技术效率存在明显的差异,但这种差异呈现缩小趋势,通过分析得出技术效率的提升关键在于制度创新和组织创新,同时为提升辽宁省各城市技术效率提出了相应的建议。
In view of the economic difference in the areas in Liaoning province becoming bigger and bigger,model of DEA is used to measures the technical efficiency in Liaoning province from 1996 to 2005. The result shows that in the technical efficiency there exists distinct difference among different cities. It also reveals that the difference has descending tendency. The paper considers the keys to promoting technical efficiency are organizational innovation and institution innovation and then it puts forward some advice for promoting technical efficiency.
