摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法,在强酸性条件下以AEO9为模板剂,TEOS为硅源合成了规则的MUS-X型球体介孔二氧化硅。底角X衍射和扫描电镜SEM结果表明在低温下合成的介孔二氧化硅具有蠕虫孔道结构,其球形颗粒形貌均一,颗粒粒径分布集中,球形表面更加光滑。高温条件下合成的介孔二氧化硅具有孔径大,表面粗糙的特点。
Wormhole-like structured mesoporous silica spheres are synthesized from tetraethylorthosilicate solution and AEO9 surfactant in strong acidic media. XRD and SEM results show that low temperature synthesis helps for the formation of spheres particles with high regularities of the morphology,narrow particle diameter attribution and smooth surface. Whereas high temperature synthesis ensures,to some extent,the stability of the mesophases and large pore size of the mesopore channels.
